Prepare for Your First Session
Note Your Thoughts: It can be helpful to jot down a few goals or questions you’d like to explore. This helps clear your mind and ensures we focus on what feels most relevant to you.
Create a Comfort Zone: Find a quiet, private space where you feel safe to speak openly. Having a glass of water, a soft blanket, or a notebook nearby can help you stay grounded and present.
Come as You Are: It is normal to feel nervous or uncertain. There is no 'right' way to do therapy. Your session is a safe space meant to meet you exactly where you are today.
